Club ballot prizes and winners April to June 2026
All members of the RAF Memorial Flight Official Club are automatically entered into our monthly prize draws. From April to June 2026 there have been some wonderful prizes won by members. These were the ballot prizes and the lucky Club members who won them.
April: BBMF Spitfire cockpit experience
The ballot prize for April 2026 was a ‘money cannot buy it’ opportunity for a Club member to experience what it is like to sit in the cockpit of a BBMF Spitfire. The winner can climb into the cockpit of one of the BBMF’s airworthy Spitfires and the controls and instrumentation will be explained to them. The prize winner can bring up to three guests to take photographs and to share in the experience of a ‘behind the scenes’ tour of the BBMF hangar, with a guide who has flown the Flight’s Spitfires.

May: Battle Proms tickets
In May three lucky Club members each won a pair of tickets to a Battle Proms event. Wowing audiences since 1997, these fabulous open-air concerts with a glamorous vintage twist are famous for their uplifting music and breathtaking displays, including Spitfire and parachute aerial displays plus cannons, cavalry and fireworks, all complementing a glorious performance by the New English Concert Orchestra featuring iconic pieces from film, TV and the musicals alongside much-loved classical favourites.

June: Set of slate coasters
In June one lucky Club member won a fantastic set of engraved slate coasters depicting the Lancaster, Spitfire, Hurricane and Dakota, care of our friends at GS Bespoke Woodwork. Each coaster has been individually laser engraved onto natural slate creating an item which would be absolutely perfect to add to your BBMF memorabilia collection. Designed to combine practicality with heritage style, these slate coasters are durable, heat resistant and ideal for everyday use in the home, office or workshop. If you are lucky enough to have tickets to the BBMF Members' Day this year, GS Bespoke Woodwork will have a stand there for you to look around.
