This year’s Members’ Day will be held at the BBMF, RAF Coningsby on Saturday 28 September 2019. It is an annual event when the BBMF says thank you to its supporters.
As usual, the RAF Memorial Flight Club have been allocated 500 tickets for the day, to be sold on a first come, first served basis. These tickets will be going on sale on Tuesday 6 August 2019 at 11am (UK time).
The event is very popular and we expect tickets to sell out extremely quickly. Due to the limitation on numbers, the event will be oversubscribed and is therefore offered as a bonus opportunity for members rather than as a guaranteed benefit of membership. We are sorry for any disappointment if you are unable to secure tickets this year.
Important information about the ticket sale
- Each member will be able to purchase up to 2 adult tickets (subject to availability).
- To cover administration and postage costs, tickets will be priced at £6.50 per adult.
- Children under 16 years old are free of charge. When purchasing your adult tickets, you will be asked how many children you will be bringing.
- You will be required to enter the name of each adult you are ordering tickets for. Please note that the names you supply will be provided to the BBMF and each adult will be required to show ID on the day, along with a ticket. It is therefore important that the names you supply correspond with the ID each person intends to bring with them on the day.
- You will be asked for the following information when purchasing any tickets. Please be prepared and have this information ready:
- Your membership number (this starts with BBMF and can be found on your membership card or by logging into your online account and selecting the 'Personal Details' tab).
- First name and last name of each adult you are purchasing a ticket for.
- Email address of each adult you are purchasing a ticket for.
- The postal address you would like the ticket/s to be sent to.
- How many children under 16 the ticket holder will be bringing with them.
- Whether the ticket holder has a blue badge (a disabled parking permit).
- The credit or debit card details you'd like to use to buy the ticket/s.
- Please note that you must be a current member to obtain tickets to the BBMF Members' Day. We will be checking each purchaser's membership and reserve the right to cancel and resell your tickets if your membership has expired or does not exist. We will of course attempt to contact you before this happens.
Buying tickets
Please bear in mind that buying your tickets online will be the quickest and most reliable option, as our phone line is likely to be extremely busy and you may not get through straight away.
While tickets remain available, it will also be possible to pay for them by card over the phone by calling 01707 252705. Please note that we will not be able to accept purchases before 11am on Tuesday 6 August.
Once tickets have sold out, we will be operating a waiting list in case any end up being returned. You can add your name to this waiting list via the ticket sale link that will be posted at the top of this page on Tuesday morning.
