Update or renew your membership

The RAF Memorial Flight Club uses the system PaySubsOnline to manage membership information and to keep your contact details completely secure. You can renew your membership or update your details by signing in to your personal online account.

Signing in for the first time

If you are logging in to the PaySubsOnline system for the first time, you will need to create a password.

To do this, simply click the link at the top of the account login page which reads 'Click here to create a password'. You can then follow the onscreen instructions to set up your account.

 

How to renew your membership

Your current membership is valid for one year – we will contact you when it expires. When this happens, you’ll be able to renew online for £25 by signing in to your account.

Once you’ve signed in, you’ll see two options listed at the top of the screen – ‘Member Details’ and ‘Payment’. Click on ‘Payment’ to renew your membership. Members who live in the UK will be able to choose to pay by card or by direct debit. For anyone living outside the UK, only the option to pay by card will work.

Renewing by direct debit

If you choose to renew by direct debit, please consider ticking the ‘Pre-authorise future payments’ box on the payment page too.

This will allow us to automatically renew your membership next year at the same price, so you won’t have to log in and do it manually. You can cancel this pre-authorisation at any time from your online account.

 

Other ways to renew

You are very welcome to make a renewal payment by cheque instead. To do this, please send the following to our Membership Office (RAF Memorial Flight Club, c/o TRMG Ltd, 1 Forum Place, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 0RN):

  • A cheque for £25, made payable to TRMG Ltd
  • Your name, email address and postal address

We can also process card payments over the phone – please call our Membership Office on 01707 252705 if you would like to do this.

 

Keeping your details up to date

It’s important to keep your contact details up to date, so that you don’t miss out on some great member benefits.

Please make sure that your email address and postal address are both correct in your online account, as we’ll use them to send you:

  • A monthly newsletter from the Flight
  • Notification if you win one of our monthly prize draws
  • An exclusive members’ magazine every 6 months
  • A thank you gift if you renew your membership.
